Shipping & Returns
When you place an order, shipping and delivery dates will be estimated for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping provider and shipping speed you’ve selected, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full increment.
Same Day Shipping
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and will ship the same day for all in-stock items, when the order is received before 2:00pm Pacific Standard Time. In-stock orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
If your order is eligible for free shipping, the free shipping rate applies to the 48 states in the contiguous United States only, and is via a standard USPS First Class Package¬Æ. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands, may incur additional charges; please Contact Us for shipping rates.
Secure Priority Shipping
If items in your order will require a signature upon delivery, it will be indicated on the product’s page. These items ship to the 48 states in the contiguous United States via USPS Priority Mail¬Æ, and include USPS Tracking¬Æ. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands, may incur additional charges; please Contact Us for shipping rates.
For faster shipping, we offer expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail¬Æ for a nominal charge.
Items ship from Las Vegas, NV within 1 business day of receiving your completed order. Although we have multiple sales channels which may affect inventory, we do our best to keep sufficient product on-hand to fulfill orders. If our in stock items differ from published quantities available, we will do our best to fulfill orders as received, and will ship out any remaining orders as quickly as possible.
We do not ship to international addresses at this time.
We do not offer local pickup at this time.

Pay quickly and securely via PayPal, using your credit card, PayPal balance, or bank account.
Completion Of Transactions
Payments must be cleared prior to shipping. Your order will ship within 1 day of your cleared transaction. Please note that is paying via e-check through PayPal, your order will not ship until PayPal has cleared your payment, so please allow additional time.
For orders shipped within Nevada, we will collect sales tax at the current published rate. We reserve the right to add any and all applicable local, state, and federal taxes as required by law, and will modify the rates as they change.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return most new, unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, less shipping.

14-day refund applies to unused products only.
Refund Policy – Used Items
If the product is used by the buyer then a refund no longer applies as product cannot be resold as new.
Refund & Exchange Conditions
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return, prior to returning product. We will respond within 24 business hours with instructions for how to return items from your order, including providing you with a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#) and our return shipping address. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all of the original parts included. Refunds are only provided after receiving product returned in original condition, subject to seller inspection. Any items returned without the original packaging or missing parts will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Fees
If your item must be returned due to an error on our part, we will pay the shipping fees for that item’s return. For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
Once the unused item has been received and inspected by seller, buyer may request their money back, or replacement/exchange for an alternate item of equal value (buyer’s choice).
Refund Timeframe Estimate
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in most cases you will receive your refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days, depending on shipping speed), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days, and the time it takes PayPal, your bank, or your credit card company to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).
Shipments Damaged By Carrier
If shipment is received damaged by carrier, please properly note the damage upon receipt, inspect package immediately, and take photos of the package/product to document the damage. Any claims for damage must be made within 5 calendar days. Please Contact Us as soon as possible so that we may follow up with the carriers and process your RMA#.
All shortages must be reported to Moonlight Fiber supply within 5 days of receipt of the shipment
